Drafted from the books. Agreed by the auditor.

A finding opens to its voucher. The same client’s tax audit is its own assignment: Form 3CD answers are drafted from the books and last year’s report, and none of them counts until the auditor agrees it.

Klok Runs the firm

Klok carries the client, team and deadline. Quantom carries the ledger, finding and conclusion. Raukon keeps the context between them intact.

Quantom Runs the audit

Indian audit is not a localisation.

The details that shape Indian audit are part of the system itself, not a regional layer added afterwards.

Read the evidence register
  1. 01

Grouped the way an Indian audit is

Rules follow the Schedule III balance sheet and the sections a partner actually signs against, not a generic anomaly feed with an Indian label.

  2. 02

    Tally, natively

A desktop connector reads Tally on the client’s machine and carries the ledger into the audit workflow.

  3. 03

    The framework follows the entity

Ind AS, AS, or the ICAI standards for non-company entities — settled by what the entity is, and locked. A partnership firm is never reported under Schedule III, because Schedule III does not reach it.

  4. 04

    Form 3CD, clause by clause

The tax audit is worked on the form itself. Clauses the books can answer are read from the books. Others are drafted for the auditor to agree or change, and the ones only the firm can answer are left for the firm.

  5. 05

    Rupees, lakhs, crores

Figures read the way Indian working papers read, without a second translation step.

  6. 06

    Reasoning remains attached

Review actions, evidence and conclusions stay connected to the finding that produced them.

A single finding opened in Quantom: rule #99003 Related-party transactions without disclosure, marked Asset and High Risk, one flagged entry with gross value ₹88.00 lakh; the Entries tab lists the party Meridian Holdings, nature Loan given, amount ₹88,00,000, with an Export entries button.
The finding opened to its evidence: the party, the nature of the entry and the amount that tripped the rule, ready to export or share with the client.

Some figures reach the ledger already worked out.

Quantom tests every row a client recorded. A bank’s provision is a single figure whose working is somewhere else: a model, a view of the economy and a judgment on every account. Provisio works it out again from the bank’s own data and sets the result beside the bank’s figure.
